1972 Chevrolet Heavy Chevy Chevelle
Why This Car Is Special
The 1972 Heavy Chevy Chevelle we have at Skyway Classics is one of the most popular muscle cars ever created, and these 71-72s have really gone up in value in recent years. This particular example is ready for the street or your local cruise night and represents a great value with V8 power and a remarkably reasonable price. It's also a lot rarer than an SS, then and now.

It has a 10-bolt rear end and a clean undercarriage and rides on the dark gray factory 5-spoke mag wheels with the polished trim ring on Grand Prix Radial GT raised white letter tires.
Interior
The interior looks as good as new with the twin black front bucket seats with headrests and the matching rear bench seat, black carpets, floor mats, and door panels, pushbutton radio, chrome fire extinguisher on the console, seat belts, black sport steering wheel, and the automatic shifter on the column.
One glance in the trunk reveals solid floors with the trunk mat and a full-sized spare with complete jack assembly.
Exterior
Our Heavy Chevy came from the factory with appearance items like the Super Sport's domed hood with tie down pins, special black body stripes, blacked-out grille and headlight bezels, so it's unusual when you actually run across one of these.
With those unique looks along with the chrome front and rear bumpers this Chevelle is going to attract a lot of attention at the next cruise night.
