The Heavy Chevy was available with any several engines and ours has the standard Chevelle's Turbo Fire 307 cubic inch engine backed up by an automatic transmission and dressed with a chrome “Heartbeat”open-element air cleaner, performance carburetor, aluminum intake, MSD ignition, in line clear fuel filter, power steering, a set of long-tube headers feeding a stock-style dual exhaust system with chrome tips that sounds muscular without being overbearing.

It has a 10-bolt rear end and a clean undercarriage and rides on the dark gray factory 5-spoke mag wheels with the polished trim ring on Grand Prix Radial GT raised white letter tires.

Interior

The interior looks as good as new with the twin black front bucket seats with headrests and the matching rear bench seat, black carpets, floor mats, and door panels, pushbutton radio, chrome fire extinguisher on the console, seat belts, black sport steering wheel, and the automatic shifter on the column.

One glance in the trunk reveals solid floors with the trunk mat and a full-sized spare with complete jack assembly.
