The GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1998 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra for your consideration. This one owner Cobra comes in a Canary yellow making the car 1 of 704 made in this color, the interior of this Pony comes in Black with black leather seats. Powering this beast is a 4.6 Liter dual overhead cam 32 valve V8 turbocharged motor paired to a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission. This powerplant was professionally tuned by the mustang man himself Lidio at alternative performance. This Mustang comes with many upgrades including custom exhaust, turbocharger system, cobra R wheels, upgraded 6-speed transmission, and much much more. The 1998 Cobra continued to remain virtually unchanged from previous model years. One noticeable change was the wheels, which were similar to the cast-aluminum units used on the 1995 Cobra R. Only this time, the wheel cutouts were painted gray, and the wheels were 17x8-inch, instead of 17x9-inch versions on the 1995 Cobra R. Tires were the same BF Goodrich Comp T/A versions as before. Other minor changes included a redesigned console in which the dashboard-mounted digital clock pod was deleted, and the clock function was then integrated into the radio's digital display. Also, the standard premium sound system now included a single-disc CD player

This was also the last year of the return-style fuel system, as it was replaced with a newer returnless system for 1999.
