1970 Yellow Pontiac Grand Prix
Why This Car Is Special
The Grand Prix was a line of automobiles produced by the Pontiac Division of General Motors from 1962 through 2002 for coupes and 1988–2008 for sedans.
The Grand Prix full-size car model always had luxury and performance during its lifespan and was always on top of the personal luxury car market segment.
If you are looking for a big luxury car, we have a 1970 Pontiac Grand Prix coated in a fabulous Yellow hue with a parchment vinyl top and interior here at Skyway Classics.
It has the original numbers matching 400 cubic inch engine backed by a 3 - speed automatic transmission.
Mechanics
The base 350 horsepower 400 cubic inch engine was standard and that is what is in this one with the automatic transmission. It is in the very detailed and correct engine compartment and has all the factory correct looking Pontiac Blue painted block, valve covers, and intake, Quadrajet carb, exhaust heater tube, and black factory air cleaner.
It runs and drives flawless and you will be able to enjoy your nights out in this beauty as it has Power steering, power disc brakes, and factory air-conditioning and rides on factory Pontiac 5-spoke Rally Wheels and White Walls tires.
Interior
The 1970 Grand Prix's interior trim received minor revisions, and they show well in ours with its white Strato bucket seats and matching rear seat, console with the automatic shifter and glovebox, factory wood grain steering wheel, black carpet and floor mats, woodgrain trim on the dash which is packed with the black factory gauges and woodgrain trim on it as well as the factory Pontiac steering wheel, and AM/FM Stereo radio system.
Exterior
Highlights of the body on our bright yellow painted 1970 Grand Prix include the vertical grille inserts that replaced the horizontal bars of the 1969, Grand Prix nameplates from the lower cowls to the rear C-pillars and the vertical chromed louvers from the C-pillars down to the lower cowls, this body is long and sleek from any angles and is accented by its clean and very nice white vinyl top.
Conclusion
Slip into the bucket seats and put your hand on the shifter on our 1970 Pontiac Grand Prix we have here at Skyway Classics, and you will see what a 350 horse personal luxury car will really do.
