1973 Dodge Charger SE
Car History
The 1973 Dodge Charger SE we have here at Adventure Classics is a car from the '70s that was popular back then and still is today.
Ours has a killer looking coke bottle style body with a power-bulge hood, white paint with black vinyl SE top and rear bumblebee stripe, and fat tires on custom mag wheels too.
Engine & Drivetrain
You can't go wrong with MOPAR big block power, and that is what our Charger has. Under the long hood and orange factory air cleaner you will see the V8 engine that delivers gobs of torque and horsepower with all the upgrades like the a 4-barrel carburetor, performance intake manifold, headers and a dual exhaust system, a Mopar Performance finned aluminum valve covers and dress-up kit, MSD performance spark plug wires and performance distributor.
The 727 Torque Flite 3-speed automatic and the original 8.75-inch rear end puts the power to the ground with custom mag wheels and Dunlop GT Qualifier fat tires all the way around.
Interior
You will like the styling of the interior of our SE with the cockpit of the Charger being a match of both sport/luxury. The instrument panel has all the controls at your fingertips, factory gauges, wood trim on the dash and door panels, aftermarket gauges under the dash to keep track of the engine's vital functions, factory AM/FM radio, and a sporty 3-spoke steering wheel.
The twin black front bucket seats are great as are the carpet, door panels, back seat, headliner, and Charger floor mats. Even the trunk is nicely appointed with the correct mats and jack handle with the jack and spare tire.
Exterior
The 1973 Charger looks racy with the SE fuselage body styling, power-bulge hood with the 400 Magnum emblems, white paint with black vinyl SE top and rear bumblebee stripe, black SE vinyl top, shiny chrome bumpers, front air dam, a grill surround that gives the Charger a low, sleek look and the handsome rear end features.
Conclusion
The 1973 Dodge Charger we have here at Adventure Classics is a great mid-seventies muscle car that is handsome and a great entry-level Mopar muscle car that you can enjoy today.
